How to Submit Form E in Malaysia: A Comprehensive Guide

Submit Form E via e-Filing

  • Log in to MyTax: Visit the MyTax portal.
  • Access ezHasil Services: Click on “ezHasil Services” (located at the top left).
  • Select e-Filing: Find “e-E” at the bottom of the screen.
  • Availability of 2022 Form E: The 2022 Form E will be accessible from 1st March.
  • Choose Language: Opt for either English or Bahasa Melayu.
  • Use IC or passport number: Log in using your IC or passport number (as registered with LHDN).
  • Follow online process: Submit Form E following the online process.
  • Email CP8D (Optional): If you prefer emailing the CP8D to LHDN instead of uploading the text file, download the Excel version from our payroll software and send it to CP8D@hasil.gov.my.

Remember that timely submission of Form E is crucial to avoid penalties. Employers and companies must comply by 31st March, with an additional 1-month grace period for online filing. Non-companies can still choose to submit via postal or hand delivery, in addition to e-filing.
